Working-status notice

This is a public privacy outline for a research-stage product family. It must be reviewed and replaced or approved by qualified counsel before production collection expands.

Information relevant to KodeAtlas

KodeAtlas inquiries may describe repositories, Git/GitHub archives, development history, agent workflows, and context needs. Future transcript or source ingestion will require separate, explicit data-handling terms.

Information that may be collected

• identity and contact details you choose to provide;
• organization, project, and use-case information;
• form source, timestamps, delivery state, and anti-abuse signals;
• ordinary web-server, security, and analytics data if those services are enabled;
• records required to respond to an inquiry or administer a controlled engagement.

How information may be used

• respond to inquiries and evaluate early-access, assessment, or design-partner fit;
• operate, secure, improve, and diagnose the websites and forms;
• maintain records of consent, authorization, and engagement scope;
• meet legal, security, and contractual obligations.

Sensitive material

Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, private source code, customer data, proprietary archives, or confidential evidence through a public website form. A separate authorized transfer process is required when an engagement needs sensitive material.

Service providers and retention

Form delivery, hosting, email, security, and analytics providers may process limited information on Kalu Kode’s behalf when configured. Retention should be limited to the purpose of the inquiry, security needs, contractual requirements, and applicable law.

Your choices and contact

You may ask about information submitted through these sites or request correction or deletion where applicable. The production policy must identify the legal entity, jurisdiction, monitored privacy address, and any region-specific rights before launch.
